We endeavour to get all your items shipped to you as quickly as possible. However, all items are handmade individually and it takes time to work on each one.
We do offer rush order slots or priority posting please contact me before ordering to discuss securing one.
******UK CUSTOMERS******
Items are sent Royal Mail 2nd class which according to Royal Mail usually takes up to 5 working days. Please allow double that time during peak holiday times. We also offer 1st class and Next day delivery (on checkout page)
******OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS******
Items are sent Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. These can take up to 4 weeks so please ensure that you have plenty of time when ordering. We cannot guarantee delivery before a specific date as this is out of our control, all we can guarantee is the day we dispatch.
It is the buyer's responsibility to order in adequate time for the intended purpose of item. Forever Weddings UK cannot be held responsible for deliveries delayed due to customs or postal services. We understand how frustrating it is not to receive an item when Etsy states it should reach you. However, if we have dispatched your item per our processing times (1-3 business days for cards and 3-5 business days for all other items) we are unable to refund due to late deliveries caused by the postal system or customs delays.

How do I send you details of names, dates and colour changes etc?
To customise your order or provide details for personalisation please add them to the personalisation box during checkout. Please make sure it is exactly how it is to be featured on the item as we will not refund or replacement items due to customer error.
Can I have a different colour hearts or butterflies from that in the photograph?
We want your item to be personal to you. All our items are made to order, so if you have a specific colour scheme please add this in the personalisation box during checkout. Please note this relates to plaques, card designs can not be altered
Can I change the text of my item?
Yes! We want your item to be personal to you. All our items are made to order, so if you would like to change any text please add this in the personalisation box during checkout or send us a custom request from the listing. *****PLEASE NOTE***** it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all spellings and dates are correct when placing an order. Items will not be refunded or replaced due to buyer spelling error (as per distance selling regulation exemptions for personalised items)
Are your larger signs freestanding
No, they can be propped against other items. Alternatively, these signs can be made to hang instead if you prefer just select that option, when ordering.
Can i have my item is another language?
We often make items in various languages, please contact us so that we can discuss this option. There is no extra charge for this service
I have an idea of something I would like, can you make it for me?
We often create custom bespoke orders. If you would like something totally unique please contact us to discuss your idea and requirements. Please not that we will not make any item that conflicts with copyright or trademark laws (i.e disney) or use poems/designs that come from another crafter
I have received my order and I've there is a mistake. Will you refund it or replace it?
In the first instance please check with your order as items are made made EXACTLY how you have requested it in the personalisation box. In this instance a refund or exchange will not be possible. If however, the error is ours, then please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will replace the item for you or refund upon its return.
My item has arrived after my Wedding date, can I obtain a refund.
All our items are sent within the individual timescale featured on each listing at the time of purchase. We offer next day delivery which is advisable if your wedding is within 10 days. We understand it is frustrating not to receive the item within Etsy's designated arrival period, unfortunately neither myself or Etsy have any control over the postal services. Therefore, please note that delays due to the postal services or customs are outside of our jurisdiction and we cannot refund a personalised item(s) if the package arrives after the required date. If your item has not arrived with 10 working days please reach out to us so we can investigate and hopefully gain my information for you.
Do you except returns?
We only accept returns of non-personalised items (these are items that do not offer personalisation ie. camera card packs). The order will need to be returned in full, in an unused condition, with the original packaging. Please note the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Please contact us before to discuss return.
